Recently, I downloaded a trial of Adobe Photoshop CS, but it really messed up all my file associations. Now it\'s gone, and my file associations are still wrong.

Originally, PNG and GIF images would open in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer when I hit enter, and in Paint when I right-clicked and selected edit. They still open with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, but won\'t open properly with Paint when I choose edit. I\'ve tried changing the file associations myself, but that hasn\'t helped at all. Can anyone help me figure this out?

You could try right-clicking the picture from My Documents, and selecting \"open with\" and \"choose from list\". when you\'re there, select the file you want to open PNG files with and select \"always open these files with this program\" (or equivalent). I\'m assuming you have Windows and that you haven\'t already tried this. Sorry if you have.
