You need to READ what\'s on the page and USE the information.. use Gamefaqs, or one of the other of millions of game help sites. You also need to use fewer exclaimation points and question marks, and, you need to go to the HELP TOPIC, and search for this info.. If you can\'t find it, post a reply on the HELP TOPIC for help, and specify WHICH GAME you\'re having this problem in as well.

Just to answer your question, Hub Hikari gives you the same effects that the program \"Hub Bat\" would.

Dad\'s Repair Program gives you the effects of \"Bug Fix\"
