i assume that you\'ve seen some kenshin manga

Actually, it\'s not the normal way the Japanese say \"huh\". Generally they say \"ara\". Kenshin has merely changed it a bit, being the unusual character he is. I found this out on a Rurouni Kenshin DVD (it was talking about the Japanese version, of course).
