Inactivemetal is right but thats not where you get protoman\'s chip after the battle when your in the airport you can challenge Chaud against V2 of protoman and if you win(1200HP) youll get his chip.
Dang... No wonder i nev3er got those chips early, so I got pissed off for no reason...
