You found a good show, man.

Anyone remember \"Fantastic Max\"? The baby with the diaper and spikey red hair that travled through space battling aliens and shit? It used to come on real early in the mornings during the weekdays on Cartoon Network.

fantastic max?..sounds familiar....hmm..owell...oh how about mighty max..thats an old one i remember

I remember Pirates of Dark Water! I watched a marathon of it once, with trivia and everything. It had the winged monkey, right? And there was a pendant.

Let\'s see... Road Rovers and Freakazoid stand out as having been pretty good. I guess there were also a bunch of Justice Leagues, there were the Swat Cats (wasn\'t a huge fan, but meh), there was Space Ghost, there were Looney Tunes, and so on and so on. I used to watch Digimon every morning on Fox Kids. And back in kindergarden, there were Smurfs, Snorks, and Flintstone Kids.

And there was Voltron and Sailor Moon! I did watch a bunch of Robotech, but for some reason it always made my head hurt.

Robotech was good. I loved the one (coincidentally, near the only one I remember besides \"Sweet Sixteen\" which was shown periodicly every 30 minutes for some reason) where Rick is having some kind of dilusion or something and he\'s on that ship with all of the villains (you know, the giant guys). There\'s a scene where he watches Min-Mei (how do you spell that?) in the shower, which was super hotxorz at the time. And then he and Lisa (far superior to Min-Mei) get found out and brought up to the table with that huge blue guy with the metal plate on his head (he was the best). He says he wants to see something like kissing, and Rick and Lisa have to kiss to save themselves. And then he wakes up. Totally awesome. (Parentheses got a work out just now).

Yeah, old cartoons were great. Good stuffs.

I have never heard of a majority of these shows... But then, many probably didn\'t make the jump here. I liked several of Disney\'s TV series back in the late 80\'s. Duck Tales and the Rescue Rangers could get me to stick in front of the TV for a while :)

By the way Wind, please watch it with the language. \"Shit\" is considered among the words to avoid using if possible.

A yes, Duck Tales and Rescue Rangers... *sigh* the good ol\' days...

Recently, I saw an episode of Duck Tales on tv. It really caught me off guard. \"Woah! They still have it? Wicked...\" But it was fun. These two were one of the best.

BTW, were I live, we still got the Smurfs. It\'s fun, if you like 6-year-old-and-younger humour, which I, unfortunately, do for a part.

I don\'t know much of these shows, but then again, I aint American. Seeyall.

DUDE. I was just thinking today how I think I know why kids are so horrible nowadays. Lack of Saturday Morning Cartoons. :o

Okay..lets see..

I barely remember alot of them, but..Smurfs, Flinstone Kids, Wacky Races, and such I do remember.

Don\'t remember Jem at all but I do recollect Thundercats abit. Or maybe He-Man?

I watched alot of Nickelodeon too.. The space koalas were cool. And yes, David the Gnome and Maya the Bee..and Eureka\'s Castle was awesome even though it wasn\'t a cartoon. I surely hated Face though..that scary sunuvabitch. I think Edgar the Elephant might\'ve been on around then..

There was also Mighty Max, and yeah..I remember Pirates of Dark Water. And I watched almost all the Disney ones; Duck Tales, Darkwing Duck, Gargoyles, Rescue Rangers..but I refused to watch Talespin for some really odd reason. I even watched that sequel to Ducktales where Huey Duey and Louie were teenagers.

I even watched Dragonball early Saturday mornings. :o

My favorite shows were on after school though. I adored Ninja Turtles and Super Mario. Even liked the Mario World ones. I remember the Mario 3 ep when Princess and Wendy fought over tickets to a Milli Vanilli concert....

What do kids have nowdays? Crappy anime. Yeah, the seventeenth Pokemon ripoff show is so original and thought provoking. God, I watched the F-Zero anime a few times... I love F-Zero and couldn\'t bare to watch that crap.

I used to complain when Cartoon Network would show Scooby Doo thirty times a day...but man, I kinda wish it was back to that again. I liked watching Popeye at 3am.

And what do little kids have? Teletubbies? Blues Clues? Dora the Explorer? Barney? All that stuff seems like it\'s made for the mentally challenged. Not little kids yearning to learn. And plus, I guess it\'s my republican side speaking, but I wouldn\'t want my kid learning no damn spanish from a bigheaded girl. Go Diego, go! Get over that border fence before the snipers see you!

*is smacked for being terribly un-PC*

Let\'s see:
.The ORIGINAL Transformers
.Beast Wars (went down the sink after that)

Well um really those are the only ones that stand out. I wasn\'t even alive when Transformers was around but I was still hooked on it (still am).

Plus in Europe you dont get too much anime, at least of any good quality.

P.S Optimus Prime forever!!!

Ah, a trip down Nostalgia Avenue... No, I don\'t mean Memory Lane, I\'m trying to be original.

Anyways, let\'s see what I can remember...

Voltron: I LOVED this show! Also, it was unknowingly my earliest sight into anime. Didn\'t find that out until about five years ago, sadly...

MegaMan: one of my all time favorite American shows. Remember how good it used to be when you where six or seven?

Sonic the Hedgehog: That\'s WITHOUT the \"Adventure of\" part. This is the one based on the comic. I never actually got to see it when it was on TV (makes me cry) but I\'ve managed to get a couple (literally) of VHS with two or three episodes each. This beats MegaMan in my nostalgic opinion.

Big Bad Beetle Borgs: I remember loving this show, like an odd version of Power Rangers with a beetle theme.

VR Troopers: another Power Ranger-ish show that I liked. To this day I can\'t remember why it was called VR Troopers. I can\'t remember much virtual reality stuff in it at all.

Man, I miss some of the old shows. A lot of them have something most kids\' shows today don\'t: plot. That\'s one reason I\'ve turned to anime. There\'s no lack of storyline there. That\'s what really keeps me interested.
