I can\'t understand technology that well, but I will comment that yes, those fans in that case would look awesome.

Wind....your computer is gonna be better than mine! Mine\'s brand new with all kinds of stuff, like 1 gig of ram, pentium 4 processor, 250 gig hard drive(I beat you with hard drive space), Intel graphics media accelerator 900 with up to 128mb shared video memory, 3.00ghz processor speed, 2mb L2 cache, 800MHz front side bus. 1 cd/dvd writer and a normal cd drive. A ton of usb ports, and ports for digital camera cards. I guess yours is only a little better, but it\'ll be way cheaper than mine!
I like how your making yours look, it\'s gonna be all colorful and glowy...and...and...SEE THROUGH!:lol: I might get one of those fans when mine goes kaput.
You seem like the right guy to ask, how do I find out what kind of video and sound card I have and what do you reccomend for an HP pavilion Windows XP?

Athlons are better. Intels\' chips are slooooooooow compared to the Athlon counterparts.
And yes, many things can cause \"magic smoke\" in machines. (I don\'t like the idea of overclocking.)
