Hey guys what do you think is the overall hardest level in the Megaman games? I personally think it\'a Gutman\'s level in mm1. Damn those lifts. Not just hardest boss HArdest overall level remember.

I would say that the darkman stages of mega man 5 are hard and clownman\'s stage and quickman\'s stage (without timetopper)

Quick Man\'s stage has my vote. It took me some serious practice to get through it without using the time stopper. In second place, I would say the very last stage of Mega Man 1: the four bosses in a row thing hurts.

And now, just to remind some people that they might have forgotten about a little gem: \"Jump! Jump! ... Slide! Slide!\" :P

God, yes! That sliding thing... I had to get Aim to do it on FrostMan\'s stage, and we still can\'t beat it in Dr.Wily\'s fortress.

QuickMan\'s was pretty hard, but then again there are a lot of puzzles in Megaman games that bother me. I don\'t remember that being particularly bothersome except thinking how it would feel to actually be in that kind of situation.

Took me an hour to get to Gutsman. So my vote should be obvious.

I haven\'t really posted here... because my definition of \"hard\" usually encompases an entire 2 stages of each game. Or at least the Wily fortresses.:P

But really, er, I\'ve only beaten like 2 or 3 games. Maybe Megaman 2, Megaman 7, and Megaman somewhere-between-3-and-5. And both Power Battles, but you\'re pretty lame if you can brag about that.

Quickman\'s stage was hard, yes, but at least I managed to do it, now that I think about it. It seems like I\'d just get into situations where I couldn\'t continue in other stages. Or would fall a lot.

CrystalMan\'s stage in MMIV for the gameboy... those rapidly closing ceilings and floors drive me absolutely INSANE. >_<

Among the worst are:

- Quick Man\'s stage, MM2. Instant death quick-lasers of doom. Plus, if you time-stop them, you\'ll have to pick out when\'s the best time to do it, since your time stopper is pretty limited. PLUS, you won\'t get to use it against Nasty Man--I mean Quick Man.

- Guts Man\'s stage, MM1. Holey lifts.

- Morph Moth\'s stage, MMX2. If you aren\'t using a special weapon, this stage will really feel like you have five million minibosses to fight.

- Ice Man\'s stage, MM1. For that matter, any stage with appearing/disappearing platforms is annoying, but this stage has a simultaneous case of such platforms plus respawning enemies (scroll off screen and back on) and slippery surfaces.

+ If we count bosses, then...any stage with a devil enemy. That includes a Wily\'s fortress stage in MM1, and another fortress stage in MM3.

I would say any stage in MM3...

... but that\'s only because I didn\'t realize I had Rush with me right from the get-go. >_> Just imagine my frustration...

The Rock Monster can be pretty difficult until you get the hang of it. Yeah, go pick up your NES and beat that motha without the select glitch.

Also, the bubble-wrap robot guy in the stage afterwards is hard. If you mess up the first time, you won\'t have enough Super Arm (Or boulders) left to beat it the next time.

OH GOD!!! Jump jump! Slide slide! Jump Jump! Slide slide! Jump jump! Slide slide! Jump Jump! Slide slide!

AAAAGGGHHHHhhhhhhh!!!!!! *Foams at mouth*

After about 50 tries, I learned how to master the first Wily stage in MM8. Or maybe I memorized the stage.
