I don\'t see a reason for this, either. I\'m quite happy with my DS as it is. The brightness is fine, the size is fine. This is a waste of money that could have been used for the original DS, if you ask me.

Seriously, I think Nintendo is running out of ideas. First 2 screens... Then a romote for a \"controller\", remake of Advance (yet again), and now a remake of the DS. Whats next, a remake of the Revolution? It\'s not even out yet!

But really, I see no difference. Just a waste of cash if you already of a DS...

Well, I\'m not going to get this immediately. However, I might get one later as a back-up (in case the screen gets too scratched up, something breaks). But I don\'t think there\'s much other point to getting this redesign. Well, maybe for battery consumption.

And yeah, four Pokemon games are supposed to be out for DS in total---Pokemon Dash, Pokemon Trozei, and Pokemon Pearl/Diamond.

I agree, instead of making new versions of the DS, why don\'t they make more gadjets for the original? Or maybe even use it to make more games, the DS currently doesn\'t have a large selection.

So true! First GBMicro, now this, it seems pointless to me. Oh, smaller, brighter, they\'re fine as is! (At least in my opinion.) If they\'re going to do this why don\'t they just make them small in the first place? (I guess they want money from the suckers who buy the normal one first, and then buy the small version...) Well, I don\'t want it... MORE GAMES FOR THE DS! Lol.

Sorry to bump, but take a look at this. More colors for it (they look pretty cool), but Advance games come out a little bit, like a centimeter. There is some other stuff on there too, like the specs.

Thaty should come out with a fullmetel game.(Ed on that small thing is bad for something)

Oooo, three new colors...I\'ll pass. I like the size of my stylus, it fits comfortably in my hand, it could be a little longer, but whatever. Really, the screen is bright enough, and the size differents is not very much. Weight isn\'t a problam, as long as you rest your hands on your lap you are fine. Even with this news, I still think it\'s a waste of money. ($15 bucks more!)

WTF if wrong with you? God damn. We are talking about the DS, not the SP. The DS plays DS games and GBA games. The SP plays GBA and GBC games. Yeah, I\'d rather have the DS (I don\'t have that many good games for GBC).

I have the ds and got two games for it(sonic and megaman)and tons of game boy games.What im trying to say is dont buy it untill it gose down in price.
