I don\'t know whether or not Jamie is a real person, but it is certainly a true story in the sense that this kind of thing does happen: some parents do abuse their kids.

1. Jamie is both a girl and boy name.

2. It is very sad, being the son of a detective, I often read the case files that he gives me because it shows how bad the world really is. Although, it is a necessary part of society, God created us to have our own personality and traits, and it is our fault for these things happening. I\'m glad these people burn in hell, their flesh melting, and their agonizing screams going unheard.

If it\'s ANYTHING by the time they\'re finished with it....Really, this is sad, but it\'s reality. If the parents are going to abuse a child, why have it in the first place. Physical abuse may sound bad, but vocal abuse can be just as bad, not to the point of killing, but to the point of driving someone insane enough to kill themself. Make \'em go emo, y\'know? I went through a lot of emotional abuse while my parents were married, but because of the way I am, it never affected me much. But if you guys here screaming coming from the neighbor\'s house, you should investigate and call the boys in blue.

If you people want to see just how bad things can get, I suggest you read \"A Boy Called It\". It\'s a first hand account of a boy (the author) who suffered child abuse. It\'s not always flat out kicks and punches; it can also be torture. Stick-the-kid-in-a-room-with-amonia-shut-the-door-and-stick-a-towel-in-the-space-between-i t-and-the-floor-to-stop-the-flow-of-clean-air torture.

How awful.........Just the thought of anything more or worse makes my skin crawl, but sadly we are not all nice.

People still look the other way when it comes to domestic abuse. I personally don\'t though, I started defending children while I was still a child myself.

Life can be horrible. Good and bad things can happen to good or bad people. That\'s the way life works. That\'s the way it\'ll always be.

That\'s a really well written poem considering a dead three year old wrote it.

As terrible as child abuse is, knowing that it exists in the world doesn\'t do anything. Thinking about it is useless, unless you actually know a child that is being abused. Then there\'s something you can do.
