Team Rocket was cool (besides the long long moto) they were alright. Thier leader rocked beyond belief. Thier organization is cool too. However I have to go with fire so hands down Magma, despite the horrible outfits.

Pick between them? I'd have to say Team Rocket. They are the originals. Meh loves them. :3 Team Agua comes next. I dunno why, they just do.

Team Rocket is better because they have the better team of pokemon. Seviper, Cacnia, Chimecho, and Dustox. Better choice in battle. Aqua and Magma may want to control Kyogre and Grodon But team rockets got Mewtwo.

Cipher team is way better then any team rocket,magma or rocket since they have shadow pokemon BUT my team is better

If memory serves, Hollow, Cassidy and Butch are some losers from Team Rocket that replace the original two, and the heroes can never remember their names.

They've actually had a higher success rate than Jesse and James, and they can remember Cassidy's name, but not Butch.

I would have overthrown Giovanni somehow though. ;(
