First off, this should be in the Original series forum. Second, Dr. Cossack is not a Robot Master, he was another boss like Dr. Wily. However, Dr. Cossack didn't want to do it, Dr. W made him.

You two should really learn to read rules, and understand things... Maybe try... growing up, knowing what a message board is for, and MAYBE you might make a thread worth a message board...

I suggest that you quickly stop using that replying format soon. It's really annoying. If you are brother and sister, why can't you talk to each other outside the board?
