Both, I can adapt to either position.

I guess you could say I'm a reluctant leader, I don't have enough confidence to step up on my own. But I've been pushed into being a leader more than once, and I kick ass.

I mean that in all humility, of course.

I'm a leader, I'm not one of the masses of sheep that jump off the cliff just cause someone else did it and said it was fun!
