In the end, what the starters look like isn't really going to matter as they're going to evolve and look completely different anyway.

If you want to see the other pokemon. Anybody can do this now. Just go to the topic here "Pokemon Center". It has links to diamond/pearl. Msytery Dungeon, Ranger, and battle revolution. Diamond and Pearl are on DS so its unlikeable to trade from Ruby,Sapphire,Emerald,Leafgreen, and Firered. I believe I read all the new games I listed up there can trade amongst with the other new games. Also does anybody else believe that Pochama will evolve into a water and Ice? Cause peguins are in the cold and stuff so I think its possible. I liked digimon too(first two seosons only) but digimon came after pokemon so digimon resemble pokemon. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND Deadly.

Excuse me, but I must say that Blaziken rocks the house. It is currently superior to Typhlosion, but on par with Charizard.

Actually, you're forgetting that the DS has a port for GBA games also, which mean it could be possible to put some of your old friends on Diamond or Pearl.

Ah, but you forget about the differences in hardware. It prevented you from trading from Gold/Silver to the GBA games, so it'd probably be the same here.

Dranzer I cant find a port lately so I forgot about its existince('ll shop online later). Hahaha Teej. Glacierman made the topic first. Also had a older link to which still had D/P info(he re-newed that link). It was there that way people can say things there also. But a topic like this outside a help topic is ok. So all in all people can talk in EITHER TOPIC! I only gave the link so people can see the pokemon dugeon,Ranger, and revolution pokemon games coming soon. Eh, he sounds like a standard water/ice deal. It'd be neat if the turtle was grass/psychic, though. Sounds like a cool dynamic.

Does n00bs using l33t speak make a lot of sense? I mean, that sort of means "new people" using "elite speech." Which makes little or no sense.

Since when did we get that it was ok to be rude to people? It's just common decency not to do that. I mean, I admit, I'm guilty of it myself quite often (often unintentionally). But I would think there would be something in standard human nature that would tell you it's not "ok" to be rude to people. By definition, it's not ok.

But on topic, I think this will actual be the first Pokemon game I don't buy one version of. Not to say I'm buying both versions, but rather that I probably won't buy it at all. It's nothing against the games- I enjoyed Sapphire a lot, actually. It's just that I've got quite a few other higher priorities now.

Oh wait, and is it for the DS? That's another reason. Nothing against the DS, but, er, I don't have one. :hehe:

Yes, it is for the DS. I of course plan to buy a DS, but for Dawn of Sorrow and other games, not this one.

Luckily I already HAVE a DS... but this game isn't going to be one that graces its screens.

I have a DS too, the more I read about this though; the more I don't want it.

That's kinda sad when you've got upcoming games like Mega Man ZX and Rockman Rebirth to consider. And Portrait of Ruin, of course.

Yeah, I do have to say that the Pokemon series has slowly been sinking into quicksand, but I say that XD: Gale of Darkness did the series some good, after the blunder that was Colosseum.

Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald were okay, but FireRed and LeafGreen went in a direction I'm not to fond of - remakes. The sole purpose for those two versions, I believe, is to get the Kanto Pokemon to the GBA.

I've seen videos and screens of D/P, and I have to say, this may be what saves the series. With semi-3D graphics, new Pokemon sprites (that differ between male and female), two awesome-looking legendaries, and more to expect thanks to Wi-Fi, and about 95% surely coming GBA trading, these will be games to remember.

But, as almost everyone else here, my priorities are MegaManZX (preordered already) and MMZN (waiting to preorder).

Forgive my stupidity, as I'm sure that's what a lot of you will think it is.

But what is MMZN?

MMZN = Ryuusei of Rockman, aka, "Rockman of the Meteor Shower". Think of it as the X series of BN.

I figured it was that. Was wondering what the ZN means. MM obviously refers to Mega Man.

For all we know, ZN could stand for "Zorry, suckers, but we cut the secret zone out of the North American version!"
