This isn't dumb at all; no game/TV show/whatever could be complete without a villain's evil laughter! MUHAAHAHAAA!

Anyhow, my FAVORITE example of evil laughter is Rukifelleth (Did I spell that right?) from Bomberman 64 2. Damn that was an awesome game. I never did finish it though. =

An evil laugh is useless when one cannot talk evil.

However, when one does talk less evil, the laugh is all the more shocking.

I like evil-talking.

Kefka had the best evil laugh. Because it was SNES, you couldn't hear it, but you could certainly feel it.

"Fear Kefka's might! Feel Kefka's laughter!"

Shao Kahn pwns all.

I'd have to say for me its a tie between Maverick Zero in X4 and Rau Le Creuset from Gundam SEED.

Kefka indeed. Still though, you could kind of hear it, couldn't you? Granted, it was still a sound effect instead of an actual voice clip, but it was good never the less.

Laharl and Mid-Boss from Disgaea both have pretty great evil laughs. Even in English.

Yeah... definatly. When they did that they were both in an insane mode. Rau's seemed a little bit more evil thoough.

Wily in Megaman 8 takes the cake IMO.

Sigma from Maverick Hunter X. It had like a "Mroohahaha!!" to it.

Next, would be Crazy Hand from Super Smash Bros. Melee. It's more disturbing than anything. Really gives you the chills, and when you hear that laugh, you know your in for one helluva fight after, along with his counterpart Master Hand. Master Hand's laugh was pretty good too.

I also liked Vile's "victory" laugh from Maverick Hunter X. He just has this very "in-your-face" laugh, like watching the Mavericks explode is somehow amusing to him.

Watching anything explode was amusing to Vile.

Gendo Ikari would have a great evil laugh.

It's a shame that he doesn't throughout the length of the series.

He wasn't truly evil though, he didn't want human genocide. He just wanted Yui back.

Slayer in GGXX has a really good laugh, also. I guess it gets repetitive after a while, since it's one of his in-battle lines, but it's still really awesome.

I like Talos's evil laugh in Sudeki, 'twas quite nice.

Then there's Death's laugh in Castlevania Curse of Darkness.

Oh come on...Gate's laugh in X6 was awesome.

And I can laugh better than the dub version Zero from X4.

I was fond of Omega's laugh in Zero 3, myself. I'd hate to hear it in a dark alley, let me tell you...

Puh-leez! It's nice and all, and pretty scary, but Kefka can beat "Fu Fu Fu" any day.

The evil laugh of the evil glove from glover! D: That laugh always used to scare me! D: Oh and the laugh of the witch from Banjo Kazooie. Creepy laughter. D:

Gate didn't "fu fu fu", he "ha ha ha"ed. At the beginning of the game, when he finds Zero's chip. :o You can just imagine him leaning his head back and HAHAHAHAHHAHAing.

I think Wily has the bestlaugh. and speaking of evil laughs your should hear my friends Chris and Nick. they act all evil all the time and if i sasy something mildly amusing they are all like "BWHAHAHAHAhahaha" and i'm like "oh my god you to are creepy" and Nicks like " I know" and he has this sinister grin on his face when he says it and then he laughs even more its creepy....., but kinda hot at the same time. =-/
