Only thing I can think of would be to upgrade to Xp and hope that comes with IE 5.5 or up on it.

You could also try getting it on a healthy computer getting it on some form of media disc,flash drive, etc. then transfer the program to it using the flash drive or something.

I know there's a site that only distributes old versions of common software (IE being one of them). I had to look for it years ago though, so I'm not sure if it's still around.
I'll be back once I find it.
