Well, from the interview he had I took it that was what he was trying to do. Fill plot holes. However, in doing this I think he's created just as many more as he's filled.

If Inafune doesn't finish making the MHX series, it's going to be one giant plothole.

Hence why I don't consider Maverick Hunter X too much: unless Capcom reworks the whole series, which I really doubt, it's not worth much.

True enough. The MHX storyline creates as many, and quite possibly more problems then it solves, and as you said if they don't redo the entire series, we're never going to have these new problems solved. Heck, I'll throw it's place in the stoyline out myself it doesn't get any sequals, or somthing to explain it's existance at least.
