Well TJ, I've taken your little bait. I've returned only to smash any pithy notions you may have had about the future D/P metagame and your concepts of a decent team... once again.
It's killing time. Shall I get started?

Well, as far as competitive battling goes, I've begun building a non-legendary EV-trained team.
Right now I have a Garchomp with the following EV distribution:
252ATK, 100SPD, 100SP.DEF, 58HP
The moveset I'm planning is:
Dragon Claw/Rush
Earthquake
Fire Fang
Crunch
I'm breeding now for a Male Adamant Ralts (for Gallade, obviously), and I'm planning on finishing off with Dusknoir, Electivire, Aggron, and Magmortar.
My questions are:
For Garchomp:
Dragon Rush or Dragon Claw?
Should I have maxed ATK and SPD, and given HP 4 EVs?
Gallade:
Do I want Adamant or Jolly nature?
Dusknoir:
Do I want a Phys. or Special Sweeper from him?
Aggron:
Should I max both Defenses for him and give HP the leftovers?
Electivire:
Phys. or Special sweeper?
Magmortar:
Who's got a spare Magmarizer?
Your Garchomp EV spread is flawed; the trick to effective EV spreads is to enhance strengths, not cover weaknesses, except in expressedly unique situations. He should have a 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP spread, which is standard. Garchomp does not run crunch-- it's Swords Dance you want. Dragon Claw over Rush.
Next thing to pick at-- Dusknoir isn't a sweeper. Yes, he got enough attack to scare things off with his new evolution, but he can't sweep to save his life due to his laughable speed. Dusknoir is meant to -wall-.
Aggron has no place in a OU competitive team. He can't tank to save his life, due to his pitiful number of 4x weaknesses. Next.
Electivire is a Physical Sweeper, meant for excellent type coverage in standard sets.
As far as Magmortar goes, I'm not sure about his metagame potential, nor what you hope to achieve with him.
Leading Weavile takes out half your team easily, and T-tar decimates your Pokeymans. You lack a Special Wall. You don't have a utility. I'd try getting a Stealth Rocker and Spinner into here, too.
Post movesets.
Sidenote: Tyranitar is -not- uber tier TJ.
