You might also want to include the timezone when you give out a specific time... 
In my case, I usually try to visit the chatroom at around 10pm Eastern Time, but that can vary a bit every week.

Sadly 10 PM Eastern time for me means 4 AM.
...then again, I have been up at that time more than some might think.

In my case, I usually try to visit the chatroom at around 10pm Eastern Time, but that can vary a bit every week. I'm on the same timezone as Doc, so "10pm" it is. 
Not sure which day of the week people consider entering the chatroom the most, however, if I see people in there, I usually pop in.
People still go in the chatroom?
