I got banned for "backtalking", on the rules there is no mention of "backtalking" just keep it family friendly which I do, whoever banned me either skree or whoever, they just abuse their power, think they better than everyone else just cause can ban people, they don't deserve it, they just take their anger out on people that did nothing wrong.

nah you're all just a bunch of bitches, there were not 4 staff members, I did not know that rule and then when they told me, I stopped, the staff that were telling me not to kept having a cry and going on about it, I don't see why they had to, I did not have attitude I just told them there was no need to keep going on about it because I stopped. As for gumpy, I don't know why he got banned because he wasn't even on the server when I was banned, once again just abuse of power.

Also the obvious disrespect to authority shown here only helps to enforce the ban and does not constituted an abuse of power, although it shall be reviewed either way.

I'm sorry that you feel your privilege was revoked to play on the server, but that doesn't mean your need to resort to childish namecalling and fistbanging on the floor. If you feel an actual abuse of power has occurred, report to the Admin, Dr. Cossack, so he may check the logs and make an authoritative decision and wait on his reply, instead of jumping in to bash his staff, all that does is make the staff and admin more irate, and your 'appeal' less appealing.

EDIT: As far as Gumpy being banned, he exhibited the same disrespect for authority as you did earlier in the day. Although he was not on during the ban, it still has to be taken into consideration, the fact you two work together and know each other in real life, constitutes the possibility of either him by choice, or him allowing you to, use his account in a form of greifing/theft/other forms of revenge over your obvious disgust of being banned. So Gumpy was banned for the protection of other players and the server.

The proper response if you felt wronged, was to post outlining your situation, your thoughts, and without calling out abuse/personal attacks. If there was an abuse of power, it would be apparent after a review of the logs that happened and would be dealt with by the admin and staff, not simply because a banned user was yelling abuse, just looks worse for the user.
