When? February 4th.
On my side of things, everything is set and ready. All plugins that weren't ready for name changes have been purged, and I updated the website/forums backend over the holidays to handle this. From a player's point of view, it should be completely transparent.
As a side note, I can also change forum names for those who'd like something different (either to match your current MC name, your future one, or just to have something else that fits you better). Contact me through private messages if you're interested.
