I was simply trying to go mining in superia and stumbled on a chest and i got some stuff from it and then got kicked with a warning, then a moderator showed said gonna return the stuff back and then i replied with what, remember that, i got banned for "looked directly at the shulker then ran off and got blocked by magma cubes" i ran away towards the mod and then got banned immediatly after, for 30 days! the mod said i ignored him even tho i said what. i also said that i couldnt give the items back into the chest bc i would get another warning and was willing to drop it to the moderator but like i said he gave me 3 seconds to respond. If by 'simply going mining' you mean trying to access every possible chest/shulker, then when you find one that's open you immediately steal from it, then everyone else is mining wrong. If it is not obvious enough, you were being physically watched as you stole and had plenty of time to return the items after returning from the kick which you did not. I did not drop out of spectator mode until after you had tried to run away and got stopped by a large magma cube. The ban, which is currently only a temporary 30 day ban, will stay in place. Hopefully after the 30 days there will be no further issues.

i was looking around for actual mine areas, you dont explain anything inbetween what i had said, note to mention, plenty of time ? i have mentioned i was willing to drop the items to the owner, but it seems like thats also incorrect.
