Why are there rules that do not permit asking for roms, or giving links?

Feds? I\'m not living in the US, so they don\'t bother me...

I\'m against ROMs for they are illegal, and I don\'t want to see this place becoming a turnpoint of illegal software distribution. If you want a game, you buy it, that\'s all.

I agree with doc. Besides, if you get ROMs rather than the games, Capcom won\'t bne making any money from the games meaning no more MegaMan! Is that what you want? \'Cos that\'s what\'ll happen!

ROMs are games taken off the actuall game and sold for free on the net. That means that when you actually get the game, you\'re not paying for it so it\'s basically theft. None of the money goes to the game makers so Capcom isn\'t going to make any money from it. This is hjow game companies get made bancrupt.
