Not neccesarily. If they make Megaman and Bass a series, then both characters will be the heros. It sounds like your talking about giving Bass his own series.

Besides, you don\'t need a new series. If Bass is a hero in another game then they\'ll probably do what they did in X5 and X6 by letting you choose which character you want to use at the begining of each stage.

If they do make a new series it will probably just be giving Bass or Protoman thier own game where Megaman plays a minor role if any.

it shouldent, because if they did, they\'d etheir have to make up a new reason for them to team up in each game( which would get really boring) or dramaticly change bass\'s personality, which alot of people would\'nt like very much

No just because I would REALLY like to know how the Classic series goes into the X series. If they make that another series it\'ll just take even longer to find out what happens and all that stuff Capcom of Japan doesn\'t feel like telling us yet.

It should stay as part of the original series as what\'s the point of haveing a series with one game in it? And there\'s the fact that it\'d ruin the story.

I really don\'t think Capcom should work on continuing with Megaman & Bass 2 or anything like it. If anything, they should be working on Mega Man 9.

they should hve somthing like megaman revival. were all the charachters team up.

They should keep it how it is and just add sequals. I think that the GBA is the best platform, now. It\'s the only true one for 2D side-scrolling games - unless you count cel-shading.
