It depends on the random thought.
If the random thought was \"I like cheese.\", or \"I wish I had a rubberband right now\" that\'s too spammy.
If the random thought was \"I wonder if anyone else at Doc\'s board has a limited edition StarWars glass from Burger King made in the early 80\'s?\" ..that\'s not spammy, and could start a collections topic, or StarWars topic, or whatever.
It really just all depends.

The forum is just for topics that don\'t belong elsewhere. If you read the first page the Doc explained everything. You probably didn\'t so I\'ll only give one example.
Anime: Since there is no Anime forum it goes in the Chit-Chat forum.
That one example should clear things up. If not, then I guess I have to put some stuff like this in the New User Board Guide topic. I hope you new guys read that. Or else....:devil:
