Ok, for the Scuttle Omega go to WWW base, you know where you get off the boat? Well go straight up, and and if Lan disappears behind the wall press R to jack-in(Yes, I know it\'s strange how you can Jack-in to wall...)
Then just run around the edges of the area!
Also you will fight two of them each with 400 HP and a lifeaura, their attacks do 200dmg.

It\'s very hard to locate. Find one of the barriers across the NET, after completing the game(beating the ending boss). Next, go inside, and travel upward and leftwise. Eventually, you will come across a portal. After entering said portal, you will see mystery data. This, my friend, is the ArmyData, if I remember correctly.:D

Also, the data is locked, so you\'ll need to bring an Unlocker subchip with you.
