I think I\'ll buy MMBNT before I buy Sonic DX. Although, Sonic DX is pretty sweet. I\'ve played it on Dreamcast once or twice.

The thing that blows my mind is that I heard there\'s actually going to be some slow-down in Sonic Adventure DX. How\'s that possible, especially considering that SA2 Battle didn\'t turn out that bad?

I find it really strange that some people Believe that Sonic adventure is better than the sequel...Sonic adventure is a good game but part 2 is so much better...;D

I happen to be one of those that disagree and say that Sonic Adventure was better than SA2, Chaos.

For awhile, I liked Sonic Adventure 2 more than the first. I really wanted to like it more, I did. After awhile I couldn\'t lie to myself anymore though. Sonic Adventure 2 was lacking in areas that the first wasn\'t. The level design was much better in the first game; in Sonic Adventure, stages weren\'t just so straight forward from the beginning. Sure, in both games you just ran from start to end, but you did more in the first. You got to go inside a tornado in one stage, snowboard in another, run on the side of a building, run from an orca, there\'s the casino level(I really liked that one). The Sonic stages had more to offer in Sonic Adventure than they did in Sonic Adventure 2. Personally, I felt that Sonic Adventure 2\'s levels lacked inspiration.

Being able to play as five characters during the course of the game opposed to three was a plus too. I acknowledge that there is six characters in Sonic Adventure 2, but the difference is cosmetic for most. And the Knuckles/Rouge stages in Sonic Adventure 2.. god I hated them. I enjoyed the hunt for emerald shards in the first Sonic Adventure as Knuckles. Making the stages bigger for the sequel was no problem, really. The fatal flaw I felt was forcing you to find the shards in the order they wanted you to. In the first Sonic Adventure, Knuckles radar would pick up any of the three emerald pieces when you got close to them. In the second however, the radar would only go off when you got close to the emerald piece they wanted you to find. I\'m sorry, but that made the stages alot less fun for me. I don\'t enjoy being so close to an emerald and not geting it until later because the game isn\'t ready to let me know it\'s there.

I respect your oppinion but i still disagree....About knuckles stages...I did\'nt like them much anyways...
But it seems in sonic heroes hes going back to what he does best...SMASHING THINGS! ^_^

Played DX...Its really fun just as i remembered it...Its still not funner than SA2 though.
Worth the purchase if you did\'nt buy it the first time around.
