How do you open the Skull Doors in MMBN3?

You need the WWW-ID. I think you get that in the Undernet. Sorry man but I forgot the location. This is all I can tell you for now. Good luck!

It is in fact the WWW ID that allows you to pass these doors. It is gained by completing a job, I think it\'s job #16.
