if u have seen pics of X7 then u know about axl. i think he looks retarded. I mean what was capcom thinking? a gun? what happened to light sabers and X busters? Times sure have changed. and i dont like the 3d look fer mm. I just dont like the way that x7 turned out.:mad:

I admit i prefer Buster cannons over pea shooters...But Axl does look cool and i\'m interested to find out more about the character.:cool:

Imagine becoming a met then make your way to the boss only to squashed within a few seconds....There is no way you could get far as a Met.:lol:

Axl is a shape shifter or changling, whatever you want to call it. there may be some good power behind that lil pea shooter after all, hmm?:rolleyes:

I personally like Axl\'s design... and his gun doesn\'t seem bad at all when you see the game play previews (he can fire pretty damned fast) . Axl can gain an enemies abilities (for a temporary time or something) and shape shift into enemies with a special shot to help him sneak around some. He gains their abilities while he\'s in their form too. ^__^ But that\'s all I know and it\'s probably not very accurate.

Cool. Can you play with different characters like in X4/X5/X6?

For what I\'ve seen of the instruction manual found at mm network, it seems we\'ll see just about everything through X1 - X6 including:

- X gets another 4 peice upgrade armor (gathered like X4)
- land chaser
- 2 robot ride armors
- zero\'s learned moves
- Gravity Crush from X2
- enemies from X1
- rescuing reploids and gain a upgrade part
- same old set of power-ups from X4 (heart tank, etc)
- player gets to take two characters into battle (kinda like X5 and X6, but with a choice of 2 out of 3 deal for character switching)

I\'m still currious if capcom added in that Dr Light security mini-game system for added gameplay, kinda like the Trespasser in Ratchet & Clank.:miam:

I havent seen a single picture of him but he sounds awesome. Changing into a met would be awesome. I think changing into sniper Joe would be cool too but he is not in the X series Does anyone know where I can find pics of him?

Yeah you guys changed my mind the game looks pretty awesome but they could have gone with an X buster instead.But I wonder what gameplay will be like.Think itll be hardto shoot???

I think the reason they made Axl, was because X was losing his naive side and becoming more adult. They wanted someone to fill that shoe.
