Its called Rockman X Command Mission and it is announced to be release in Japan in 2004 and USA version will followed. Its RPG game. It will be for PS2 and Nintendo Game Cube.

The names translate as:
E-shi-ku-su (This one may be a little different)
Ze-ro
A-ku-se-ru
The top one, Eshikusu, may not be right. Zero and Akuseru are.
