Hi Windrider! Guess who? (I\'m Thin Man Supreme a.k.a Fatman Supreme) AnywayI don\'t really get the point of life yet... I just want to have fun!

I was beginning to respect you... then I read the last sentence.

I think the reason we live is to do something important... otherwise, your a waste of space.

Well, this may sound kinda weird to everyone, but...
Suffering, is the what life is to me, everytime something is in my grasp its always snachted away as I am about to reach happiness.....
Which means nothing ever good happens to me.

I believe the purpose of life is to love God. I believe I should always try my best to follow his word, even though I\'m not perfect. (Neither is anybody else, whether you admit it or not.)

I also want to find true love, somewhere down the line.

There is no meaning to life but the meaning we give ourselves. The very notion of life having meaning or purpose is merely a comforter to those who need it. Which is completely alright if it enriches one\'s life. However, I\'d hate to try to define my life by giving it a meaning; by trying to pretend I have purpose. I don\'t believe I was put on earth for any higher reason.

Believing I\'m not here for any higher purpose doesn\'t mean I think I\'m an accident.

Human. That\'s good enough for me.

I just don\'t feel the need to give me life a meaning. I don\'t feel I need a reason to live. I don\'t need to tell myself that I live for something and that\'s who I am.

Well, in my perspective, we\'re supposed to do one or both of the following. Procreate, or make a difference. And \'make a difference\' being any small thing, even saving an ants life. They\'re small. The procreation thing isn\'t needed much anymore since there\'s so many of our species on the planet anyway.

But yeah, from a scientific perspective love leads to sex (don\'t deny it, but love leads to marriage for some folks, then the sex eventually) which leads to the birthin of the babies, which leads to our species lasting another generation. So Wind, if I may call you just Wind, our ideas are kinda the same for the meaning of life there.

As for me though, fate has things in store for me. Yes, I believe in fate, that things are written out the way they are for a reason. So I don\'t really have a meaning I suppose, I\'m just here to be part of a big stageshow they call life. Sometimes they throw roses, and others rotted tomatoes. =P

The meaning of life: Life in inconstant.

Clean and simple. No matter what you say, think and \"Know\" about life, it is inconstant, just like the meaning of life. The one thing that is not debatable, even by fundamentalist religions...I hope...Is that our perspective, knowledge, personality and therefore our truths are always changing.

I could go into more detail but that would take up far too much space. I could write a book on it like the Dhala Llama or however you spell it.

To me...life is a never ending journey to find one\'s true purpose. To reach one\'s goal no matter what.

But sometimes, I think it\'s also to maintain a certain peace in the world.

But now.....I don\'t care anymore. Because my life....has become a never ending nightmare. I barely have time to be a kid anymore. And when I look at myself in the mirror...I see the life of a merciless blood covered fighter...

To me.....the meaning of life....means nothing.

I would kind of agree with ShadowGS.EXE......Except I would say......\"We\'re all going to die brutal and torturous deaths\"........I mean....It\'s still me ufo using my friends account right now.....

My meaning in this world here, however, is to answer that neverending question: Why?

(Because we said so is not an answer, either. Sorry. :D)

I want to know as much as I can before I shuffle off of this mortal coil. I believe that learning as much as I can (and, of course, having a LOT of fun along the way...who doesn\'t need that? ^^) and absorbing as much info as I can will make me happy and truly at peace. I still realise the fact that there will always be someone smarter and more intelligible than me out there, but oh well. Such is life.

I respected your first post until the cheese part, WundRider~. After that I basicly bowed to you :D. Anyway, the meaning of life isn\'t something we\'re meant to know. We humans think we\'re the dominate species because we can create, so we desrve an answer, right? Wrong. Think of it this way. If we\'re as we say a dominate species then why do we go kill each other in name of pointless reasons like to gain land, or push religon on others, when has an animal done that? The meaning of life is something we have to earn on our own, which we haven\'t been doing.

(Note: Before anyone starts about the animal thing, animals kill in defense or for food, not to prove who\'s stronger.)

See, Wind..I was just trying to say that we\'re supposed to procreate (and love leads to that sometimes), that\'s one of the things we were made for. BUT we don\'t have to do it, and probably most of us won\'t.

I\'m just sayin that just about all other animals eventually have kids, it\'s just what they\'re supposed to do. They usually have to though..but we\'re unique in the fact that we can choose not to.

I believe that life is for us to achieve all of our goals. Only then, will we have no unfinished buisiness (yes, I know, too much Casper).

Seriously, though, I hope I meet someone who can help me become a world famouse actor...well, maybe not world famous, but...an actor acting for the camera, none the less. Not a stage actor...stage fright.

Hmmmmm, ah *points to the psychology book hes holding*

Ever since I took Psychology class in college, I felt like I was reading, listening and learning the truth about most things in life. I was really supprised becuase alot of it made sense. The other stuff answered the questions or Theories I had and the rest was stuff I already knew but was accurate. o.o

I have other things I believe in like religion and such though so, Psychology class ain\'t the only thing that makes up my life *but it sure was a big thing to me*
