Okay then, what can you do with it? If nowone uses it why is it on the computer? This is so confusing!

OfflineIt\'s basically the core of older versions of windows. It was microsoft\'s first OS after all.
It can also be used to play out of date games. ^^

It\'s nifty for being able to check things on your PC and fix things that windows wouldn\'t let you fix. 
Unfortunately, it almost doesn\'t exist in Windows XP.
