Can\'t say I know many modern Christmas tunes. All I keep up with are hymns and carols.

Check out at least one of the four I listed. They\'re good songs.

I\'m not sure what my favourite carol song is. I have heard lots and liked them:D

Marks.
The short one:2/4
Me:3/4

Me: You suck.

The short one: If I suck, you suck even more.

Me: If suck more, then how come I got a better mark then you?

The short one: (looks down at his paper, then mine.) Uhhhh.

Friend: Burned.

Its a true story. If you don't believe me, ask Zaleon.

This topic is very similar to one I just posted on. Anyways, I don\'t like the new ones. They\'re mostly just ripoffs of hymns and carols.

Same case with me. I hate to say this, but modernization of Christmas carols usually results in disaster. My favourite Christmas carol however, is
\'The Christmas Song\', also known as \' Chestnut\'s Roasting on an Open Fire\'.

Also, that Christmas song you hear in Charlie Brown (don\'t know the name :P),
and finally \'Winter Wonderland\', \'White Christmas\', and \'Let is Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!\' :D

Little Drummer Boy is alright if people sing it right.. I like christmas carols that are sung by a choir, they always sound neat.

I\'m quite certain if this were reality, if everyday was Christmas, then many of the old \'special traditions\', mannerisms, and the general feeling of \'authenticity\' Christmas, would be lost. Christmas would no longer be looked forward to. It would just be another day of the week. The carolers voices would be hoarse from singing to much!
Haven\'t you ever watched Sesame Sreet? :P

I\'m a soloist in choir. But yes, I agree. Carols sung well by choirs, usually produce a \'heart warming\' effect, of sorts. ;D

I prefer the charlie brown christmas soundtrack. They are mostly instrumental and very jazzy. Plus it has Fur Elise, one of my favorite classical songs. If you like jazz you should definetly check it out.

You appreciate classical music? That\'s good to hear, as I play the piano. I agree with you; I prefer the Charlie Brown soundtrack also, as, along with classical, jazz is my favourite type of music. :)

I enjoy a bit of classic myself. Piano music is good if played correctly, as is that of many orchestra instuments, such as the violin.

I can\'t enjoy \"Walking in a Winter Wonderland\" without a saxophone. Then it\'s beautiful.:)
