Actually if you get ending number 12, Chrono Speaks. Therefore he is not a mute.

I knew that..but his talking is so out of character, I don't consider it.

Besides, usually people who don't like the game call Crono a mute..say all the enemies look like Namekians.. It's just a joke.

Personally I don't think he's a mute. He only talks when he needs to. No naivete for him. Did you see him try to get Lavos to consider right and Wrong? NO! He realized that he was dealing with a soulless beast who wouldn't ever consider it. He took action.

I've never played Cross, but I have played and beaten Trigger with the help of a friend. We got everything, including the Rainbow Dress....that was fun.

I liked using the Epoch after it had wings. Isn't that nice?

Did you get Magus as a character?

You know, his cat will recognize him if you walk up to it.

Actually, Alfador will run after Magus in the Commons..run after him and meow alot. He'll stop chasing the kid, and follow Mag instead.

Chrono trigger is my fav. RPG game.
I never would have thought of buying it until I went to blockbuster one day...I said "Hey this game looks pretty good" so I rented it, after I played it I looked all around but I never saw the game for sale anywhere, so when they released for the playstation I went to the store as quick as possible to get it.
I use Chrono Frog and Magus to beat Lavos.

I rented Trigger over and over again, could never get through it.. Thankfully I saw it for sale at KB Toys, and snatched it up..got through it like a year later. Damn that Lavos!

I got through Cross on a rental period. Sigh. But yeah, Trigger is still my favorite game evar.

I know I won't be touching that with a 10 foot pole. Chrono's not meant to be 'updated' or fucked with. If you don't have the Toriyama art, I don't see the point.

Yet again you bumped up another old topic. This time it's 3 months.

Chrono Cross is the only one I've played. It's a very cool game. I borrowed it from my friend once, and I couldn't get pass this boss for 3 days.

Chrono Trigger is the original game in the series. Radical Dreamers is the sequal to that, and the blueprints for CC

Chrono Trigger is fun, buy Final Fantasy Chronicles for Chrono Trigger!! (FMV cut-scenes, and packaged with a FREE FF game is un-beatable.)

Chrono Cross is fun, but I devoted a LARGE chunk of my time to get every ending and every item! Must've been 4 frickin' years to get everything.... When was CC released, anyway?

And Radical Dreamers, it deserves the rank as "Square's most stupidest Title Ever".

BTW, for anyone interested, I have a complete plot summary for both Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross, just so you can understand everything that happened.

The time travelling hurts my brain.

Kato is embarrassed by Radical Dreamers. And he wrote the friggin script. That says something, it does.
