Anyway, if you set Firebird (new verson called Firefox is out btw) as your default browser and go to Macromedias site and download it from there then install it from the file (make sure it says your installing it into Mozilla) it -should- work.

Hopfully thats understandable enough to help.

I use Opera, and it downloaded Shockwave just fine. Remind me not to get Mozilla\'s browser(s).

a) Have it set as default
Go Here
c) click the download button.
d) save the setup to disk like it says
e) run that and make sure Firefox 0.8 (or in your case prolly Firebird 0.7) and finish off the install.

It\'s as simple as that.

Hollow: Lemme guess, you used Mozilla\'s Netscrape like stable 1.5 browser. That\'d explain why you didn\'t like it:P
