I found a Wily look-a-like on pokemon,same clothes too but, with brown hair.I think they ripped it off of the old MegaMan Show

Now that you\'ve brought it up, he looks like Albert Einstien. Wily and Einstien also have something else in common. They are both crazy maniacs with the IQ of 300.

you guys would never believe me, but I saw a guy, at summer camp, HE WAS WILY I SWEAR (the way he looked), Then I went to ask his name and he said it was willy, not wily, willy (two \"L\"s)
And now that i think about it I saw a guy That looked like sigma (bald, evil face, everything)

This is totally irrelevent, but my 6th grade science teacher was Little Washu in disguise. I swear, she was! Frizzy red hair, short, weird voice... ^^;; Oh, and we also have Ms. Frizzle teaching here, too. She wears the weird dresses, takes the kid on weird field trips, and SHE EVEN HAS THE LIZARD!

Oh, and there\'s a kid with the last name Wily at our school. I\'ve never seen him, but still... o.O;;

Dr. Wily was on purposely based on the appearance of Sir Einstein.

yes that was the greatest thing since sliced bread. It makes me happy to think about the great times i had watching that show. I have two storys to tell about it, would you like to hear? Well if you didn\'t TO BAD I\'m telling them anyway. One of them is my brother would always force my mom to make little Ninja Turtle headband things and he would play ninja turtles. And one of my friends, when he was little took a green marker and scribbled all over himself and he went up to his mom and said \"I\'m a ninja turtle.\"
