Didn\'t it say in MMBN1 that Wily wanted to get back at the Hikaris for making the world networked instead of the situation that you see in the Classic series.

I started playing mmbn the first one again and when Higsbey does the thing with the chalk board, Dr. Wily comes on and trys to brain wash the kids. He says if he controls the net he will be able to control the militarys computers to fire missles inorder to delete the unworthy or some crap.

Well, he wanted revenge because Tadashi Hikari made the net. This caused many problems for him. He wants the world to be ruled my Reploids, but the Net is ruling it all. Any machine can be destroyed from the net. Computer Virus\' for example. Yeah. Then a little boy got in his way so he decided to go with the flow, through 1, 2, and 3. Now he realizes his mistakes. So now, he creates Zero EXE. Of coarse, he didn\'t get to use Zero EXE, due to the fact that he was arrested. Zero EXE remained in the \"Zero Account\" until his activation, strangly by one other than Wily. Strange though, I never knew Wily was married. Yeah, you heard me, he has a wife!

Yes, very unlike Wily. But I suppose his insanity comes from stupidity. Like in school, teachers say \"Violence doesn\'t solve anything!\" when in truth, it does. If your strong enough, it can solve your problem. We don\'t want it to end like that, but it has to. Kids are just like Dr. Wily. They get in trouble several times, but just keep doing it. But why the net? why not just start a war with tank\'s and stuff. Afterall he\'s benn beaten buy a snot-nosed kid 3 times now. doesn\'t he learn?

Zero, Regal doesn\'t actually need to be biologically related. If you look at regal, it\'s not hard to assume he\'s a robot. Wily is a master at that after all.

If Wily wanted to take over the world, he could just program Regal with big Nukes and guns, but he didn\'t.
