Now before I start, I AM NOT talking about the mods and admins here, I\'m just talking about mods in General. Seriously, I\'ve been to alot of forums where the mods and admins are complete assholes. Some examples are the scumbags at the MMN, PMM, MM:AU, and Ciel Network forums. Not only that, their forum policies and forum rules are uber bullshit. Plus they appear to not only lock topics that violate forum rules, but they just lock topics that they don\'t like, or they just lock topics for the sake of locking them. This is especially true with the forums I just mentioned. These mods and admins need to get their face rubbed into the dirt:

All the mods and admins at MMN
Gren (and his cronies at MM:AU)
Sean Lane (the asshole owner of PMM)
Mary Maxwell (the self-centered bitch that runs Ciel Network)

I really had no clue that their moderators acted that way. I\'ve been to those sites but never to the forums. Maybe since those sites have a huge range of members, the mods seem to have a short temper and will only allow so much.

Still, I don\'t like judging people I really don\'t know that well. If you have a problem with their forums, just stay away from them and come here to Interordi instead.

Go ahead, you\'ll get banned but they\'ll hear the truth. The admins that you don\'t like don\'t be a part of their forum. As simple as that...

It seems to me that being harsh and even unfair is part of the job of Admin or Mods. There are very few message boards that I\'ve been to that are as well balanced as interordi is now; usually you\'ll end up with a group of conversational nazis (people who punish those who don\'t agree with them completely) or a bunch of...well...wimps. so, don\'t think of interordi as the rule, buty the exception to it. although, wouldn\'t the world be better if all the boards were like this one?

Well, MMN\'s admins and mods suck (I\'m talking from experience here, I dunno who the mods and admins are now) because they\'re all power hungry. If you disagree, warning. If you disagree again, locked topic, and you get flamed. If you\'re just unlucky or they\'re PMSing, banned.

Planet Megaman...they sound abit like the crackwhores who were admins at Bob N George\'s forums a year or so ago.. Again, power hunger..disobey and get banned. But if you kiss ass enough you\'ll rise to the top!

I dunno what MM:AU even is, let alone have been there..

And Mary is pretty sweet and kind on Deviantart, but maybe she gets a power surge on her own board..again I haven\'t been there so I dunno.

I\'ve been an admin at different places, and I personally don\'t think I\'ve been unfair.. But also I don\'t take pride in being able to delete topics..it\'s just a job of sorts to maintain order, you\'re not God. You know you have a problem if you \'hire\' a mod and the first thing he/she does is say something like \"Mwahahaha! I can delete peoples posts now!\"

Well, I like this board better than any I\'ve ever been to. I mean, the rules are enforced, you make new friends, and you have fun. Don\'t get me wrong, fighting can be fun too sometimes!

People shouldn\'t lock a topic because they don\'t like a person. They have to research it a bit and see how it will turn out. If it turns out bad, the option is available. I should get a link to show you guys. It\'s about an idiot moderator who locked a topic just for fun. I still have it in memory tho.

I was once a power hungry mod. I know my sins and I\'m pretty glad I got demoted. However, when my friends warned Switch\'s girlfriend, Silver for having an offensive avatar, he removes it. and he clearly told the mods never to negate warnings. Then I found Silver flaming my friend, Tiff. Silver got warned for the flames but Switch lowered it down AGAIN, saying it was no flame. I became furious and flamed Silver. I get my friend to warn me. However... Switch got so mad at me, he gave me a another warning. I already got warned but he goes doubling it and he sent this to me.

It\'s true that the situation at OMH went to hell and back...and back again. If Proto hadn\'t been allowed back, none of that would\'ve started. But unfortunetaly we can\'t change the past (or can we? DUN DUN DUNNNNNNNNN)

That\'s because of her connections in the staff...heck, she is the main admin\'s gf. She has more power than a normal s-mod would have.

Sorry, it\'s just that I personally cannot stand when some dumbass admin gives his girlfriend/wife/children/fiancee a mod or admin job. Things become so biased..if the girlfriend is a troublemaker she\'ll always get away with it.. Also happens with best friends as well.

At least if I ever gave my best friend a mod position, there wouldn\'t be any bias there.

Well, I still don\'t understand why so many people like and have so much appreciation and respect for scumbags like Sean Lane, Mary Maxwell, Gren, etc. And one thing I should mention about Mary Maxwell:

That\'s why I practice a form of posting known as rhythmic likability. I\'ll be really kind for a while, get people to like me, get noticed by the admin, and just before they decide that I\'m quality stuff, I start acting sullen and lifeless. No one wants a lifeless mod, so why choose me? see, that way the position is always open, but I\'ll never have to take it!:D

Oh yeah, I sent those pricks at MMN an email today, and look what LBD wrote me:
