Venturing on-topic--

I\'ve played through Boktai 3 times to obtain the three required \'parts\' of the Gun del Hel, receiving a A+ on the two later ones. As well, in these same play-throughs, I did not get seen once.
When not using the Gun del Hel, I use a combination of either:

a) Dragoon (Above average long-range firepower capabilities as well as spread)
SolFrame LV3
AstroBattery
RisingSun Grenade

Phalanx (Superflous power and stun levels as well as low energy consumption, making it quite versatile, as well as popular)
SolFrame LV 3
AstroBattery
RisingSun Grenade

c) Stalker (Superflous range, can be used to stun very distant enemies, assuming one is shooting from the behind. Can be used to detect Mimics-- as well as a \'compass\' of sorts to find possible unseen enemies.)
LunaFrame LV 3 (No energy consumption, but can stun) OR
SolFrame LV3 (If you prefer to dispatch your foes, as opposed to stun \'n run.)
AstroBattery
Flash/RisingSun Grenade

The Fencer series frames are fun, but not practical as one ends up getting seen quite a bit [as it does not stun]. Energy usage is extremely high in Samurai.
On a final note, I received a Priest rating at the end of the third game, representing my suprising willingness to dispatch, unseen, numerous undeads.

See, you grasp the doo-hickey\'s trigger like this and.. *Shoots a solar beam across to Tokyo and turns the trees into mutant doo-hickeys* Damn it, this is the last time I use a solar gun! *Gets out a Z-Saber and slashes the mutants*

what kind of gameplay is boktai?

on the back of the box, the screenshots looked like an adventure game, what exactly is it?

Im not very far at all in fact I just beat the first vampire past the intro one, Ya know where you need to use FOUR generators? Have any of you used a Dark Loan?and if so whats the damage?(cost) of this evil luxury and who is Dark Boy ??? *raises Gun into air* DARK BOY *teleports out of here*

The Count? Easy dude...NOW you get the fun stuff! Also,Dark Boy is yoiur rival,I can\'t get past Sol City So I still can\'t tell you m,uch(Stuck on that puzzle with the stun eggs those chicken things shoot at you,where you have to make the eggs hit the females.)

Still though, WHAT IS A DARK LOAN, sorry about caps but yeah I figured as much that Dark Boy is in fact Django\'s evil counterpart ^^, The Count WAS UBER easy,He died in like less than a minute

Is there anymore information on Dark Boy?Like does he have a name?Solar Boy is Django, so Dark Boy is ??????, Also anyone remember what colors Dark Boy is, Im doing an Art Project using Boktai Characters and I wanted them to be in color, Ive got Django pics but no Dark Boy, and please dont say \"He wears black\" because I already know that that isnt true as its like a navy blue or something as well as violet......Thanx
