How come no army in the world hasn\'t even tried to make a gundam?

1. They have. There\'s a 1/3 scale Zeta Gundam in Tokyo that was built for a science fair or something. I\'ve seen pictures. It\'d be hard to make it actually work, since no one in the real world has ever tested the formula for Minovsky physics. Therefore, there are no Minovsky fusion reactors in real life. Until one is made, MS cannot be powered.
2. Assuming Garroad is in X, Tifa is operating Gundam X\'s satellite cannon, and and Heero is in Wing Zero, it\'s hard to tell; their stories take place in different universes. Statistic-wise, I\'d have to say Wing Zero. It can use its twin buster rifle on command, while X needs a newtype to operate its satellite cannon. Damn cheap plot devices.

Hey Toki...was there ever any Gundam manga, or do you not know?
InactiveA whole lot of \'em. Hoo boy, where do I begin?
The first Gundam mangas were Kasuhisa Kondo\'s Zeta Gundam sidestory Side Story of Z and his One Year War sidestories, MS Senki and New MS Senki. Kondo is my favorite Gundam manga artist. He\'s now writing an ongoing series, his own version of the original Gundam story, called Gundam 0079. I have all of them so far- I\'ll post scans if you like. Koichi Tokita has manga-ised the Gundam Wing saga, and made a sidestory called G-Unit. Three mangas have been made that attempt to tell the story between Gundam Wing and its movie sequel Endless Waltz: Battlefield of Pacifists, Blind Target, and Ground Zero. Episode Zero is another Gundam Wing manga: it tells the history of the Gundam Pilots before the events of series. The Blue Destiny is a One Year War sidestory based off of a Sega Saturn game of the same name. Shillouette Formula 91 is a manga about the turn of events before Gundam F-91. Crossbone Gundam is a great manga that takes place between Victory Gundam andGundam F-91. I don\'t know much about Mobile Suit Gundam: Double Fake so I can\'t fill you in on that one. Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin is character designer Yosihaku Yasuhiko (sp?)\'s take on the original Gundam story. Gaia Geat takes place 200-some years into the future of the original Gundam story, and last, but not least, BomBom Comics has created a disturbingly horrible comic adaption of V Gundam, G Gundam, and Gundam 0080. They ruined the reputation of three of the best Gundam series. Oh well.
