I dont know if anyone answered this, but coloredman changed to whackoman was done for a reason, some people would think it sounds racist. as for the other things, they just like pissing us true blue anime fans off.

i dont know if this falls under the same catagory, but one the voices in Megaman command mission was just awful, if you care to find out who look below.

On Topic: When an anime is dubbed, why do they use a British accent for a guy (or girl)? It bugs me. The Brits are best left un-touched, even with a 500000000-foot pole! Dubbers, don\'t ruin them! Capeesh?

See, that\'s another thing. There are people in the world that get on everyone\'s nerves..just look around the board here, or look at me. So it\'s an acceptable character trait. Acceptable for a hero, I suppose not, so you did make a point there.

But..thing is, I believe his human flaws could be shown in other ways, without making him look like a pansy. This reminds me of Necro discussing Spider-Man..he says that alot of people like the Spidey series since Parker is easy to relate with, he\'s not rich like Batman or not from another planet like Superman, etc. He\'s just a regular guy with regular problems, yet with superpowers. They do use Mary Jane to show some of Parker\'s flaws though, as well. I guess it\'s just hard for people to show flaws without throwing a love interest in there.

Yumi didn\'t show Shishio\'s flaws, though.. Now there\'s an awesome couple.

Er... I like Teen Titans... I oppose Tenchi ending up with a woman definitely in the series... and I don\'t mind British accents given to minor characters....?

[font= Century Gothic] Over use of slo-mo. Its a cliche, it hurts. Especially in video games, like Max Payne or The Matrix, Viewtiful Joe is the only game/anime (Yes, a Viewtiful Joe anime is in the works) to make slo-mo cool looking and breath-taking.

And fan service. Did the fans of Chobits knock the guys out and took over the studio for panty shots? Yes. The TRUE makers don\'t do panty-shots, fans knocked them out and took over.:rolleyes:. And why do dubbers cut out important characters? I mean, they have a lot of the plot to tell, now, most animes I watch have plot-holes, so, I doubt an anime will have little to (more likley) NO plot-holes! Voice changes. I mmean, I was watching Kiryu play Network Transmission, and when he got up to Iceman, he had a squeaky voice.

Then, in the dub of NT Warrior, Iceman sounded like a 40-year old man with a scary voice.

the one thing in anime aside of the crappy dubb voices in most of them (hugs his trigun and cowboy bebop boxset, which i havent watched in ages....), anyway, the one thing that pisses me of the most is the over use of still images, anyone who seen axess episode 14 \"stolen princess\" knows what i am talking about.

Man, I don\'t know what your watching, but Teen Titans is the first good American western animation/anime crossover ever. I mean, the battle sequences are great, and if you enjoy western comics, the enemies are very nicely keeping up to the traditional western comic style, though drawn in an appealing anime style. I think it\'s good, but perhaps it\'s cause I\'m a fan of Batman and other comics meself.
