Well yeah, Necro and I were discussing Command Mission..and that led to me doodling Zero in Opencanvas.

Yes this is all done with a mouse. Optical mouse. That likes to lag when Opera is in use.

Zero is angry, but not maverick. Hmm..I should draw Maverick Zero one of these days.

it looks good, but i dont like the face to much or the angle of this legs.

his chin is going into to much of a point, one you find in female or feminin characters. that and his eyes seem rather high. other then that, it looks great.

Really great shading and highlights. But the face just doesn\'t make me think of Zero. Honestly, it makes me think someone took all of Zero\'s armor, put it on, then went rampaging around killing humans, hence the blood on his hands. Also, I just don\'t like the way his sword is being held. I find it hard to visualize Zero holding his sword like that when not trying to stab through something below him while falling.

The high eyes and general face style are probably just Watsuki\'s art style rubbing off on me. I wanted to make the eyes very small and evil looking, not the normal large eyes that Sensei draws.

The blood on his hands..that\'s reploid circulatory fluid. (Thanks again, Shadowfire ) Zero wouldn\'t be killing humans unless he\'s Maverick, which he obviously isn\'t. He\'d have that purple glow if he was. The face I already addressed..so I\'m left with the sword. We don\'t know what Zero was doing previous to this photo shoot, perhaps he was stabbing something? I dunno, I wanted to do something different.

As everyone said, his eyes are a bit small, but his legs seem a bit awkward, if his knees were bent it would look more reaslitic looking. The saber seems a bit short, but it\'s cool the way you made him old it in that way.
Overall that is great! 9.5/10

Knees were bent, eh? Maybe if one was bent..I\'m not sure if both legs bent would work in this pose. It\'s a possibility it would work though. The saber is short in comparison to some art of it; yes. I purposely drew it shorter so I wouldn\'t have to make the picture any wider. It took me..well, 3 days off and on. Didn\'t calculate the hours or anything. o.o Thank you!

Well, I\'m not going to mention the eyes, I have a hunch that\'s been taken care of :)The drawingstyle of zero is pretty different from your last one, I don\'t know if you were going for a realistic look, but looking at it, it kind of settles somewhere in between.

To be honest, the glow from the saber seemes a bit rushed, I was beginning to think there were two at one point

I noticed that his waist is bent, I didn\'t know it could, but then again, I havent done very extensive research.

This might seem a bit picky, or maby slightly strange, but that blood looks somewhat more like jam. Blood flows very easly and wouldn\'t be hanging from his fingers in such large ammounts.

The hairstrands are very large and cluped together, but that\'s just if I wan\'t to get into detail.

I\'m only so picky because I know you can make great pictures, hopefully I\'m not sounding too cruel

Well, Sensei has put little marks on the waist like I did, before.. I don\'t think it\'s actually bent though, I think it\'s twisted. Which means I shouldn\'t have drawn the outline like that, and should\'ve made the tiny marks in the middle more apparent..I think..

For some reason, the chest armor doesn\'t look right to me. it looks like the neck is connected too far back to it since the chest armor is leaning a bit more forward. not sure though. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

It\'s also a possibility that the chest armor is sloping downwards instead of rounded like they show in the pics... kind of like hanging fat or something (not sure how to describe it, so pls don\'t kill me... or torture...) ^^;

You mean that I didn\'t make the chest armor big enough? I agree with you there, it doesn\'t look 3 dimensional enough..you know what I mean. Again, I based his overall skeletal form on a traditional anime character..that just screwed everything up. Well, except the face, I wanted the face to look mostly like that anyway.
