I saw this the other day when I was looking through the canceled stuff on VGcats. VGcats is one of my favorite comic sites but has gotten a wee bit grotesct(sp?). Seriously, look at the latest ones. People like Brian Clevenger (Nuklerpower.com) would never do stuff like that. But I still love those lil kitties. The Zero thing was really funny, too. I like the MGS stuff a lot more though.

Yes, I am a real fan of Ransoomir\'s work. I think he puts in alot more effort than Dave Anez (Bob and George) or Brian Clevinger (8-Bit Theatre).

But getting to the actual debate itself, comparing the use of the word faggot in this context, to the racial slur of nigger is quite a stupid comparison. Why? Here\'s why.
Now, I\'m sure this may come as a bit of a shock to you, but more often than not, \'faggot\' is used without any intention annoucing homosexuality. Rather, it would be easier to equate it to stupid, which is usually the meaning that\'s trying to be portrayed.
Let\'s use an example. Ever hear or use the phrase, \"this sucks\"? When you hear it, do you assume that the \'offender\' is using a vulgar sexual phrase? No? Why not? After all, that is where the phrase draws its roots.
