X6 is allot like the original. Remember Mr X, he was a secretive fellow with a hidden agenda. Besides Sigma and Issoc look alike, just take off the makup, the beard and his clown helmet and who do you have? My thoughts exactly.;D

I view Issoc as a shell (like the colony) for the Sigma Virus. A virus is what? well?...similar to pure matter that flouts in the air. Remember the Statue of Liberty Sigma? That was just a shell.

The dead Sigma? Sigma is a virus. A virus is data, not a machine. So Sigma could jump from shell to shell and rebuild another body with Gate\'s help. If anyone, my bets are that Gate was the one possessed by Wily or something to reference. Something about his pose in the beginning of X6 makes me wonder.
