Don't ask me what it is. I seen this while searching for FF pics. I know that it has alot of FF chars and what not, but the other game is Dragon Warrior... Right? Anyone have any info on what the name of this game is or if it is even coming to any other part of the world, besides Japan?

What ever it is, it's Special. It's probably some party-type game. Or some huge RPG.
Its a party game like Mario, only with FF characters, I've seen a video of it.

That's Itadaki Street Special, it came out somewhat recently I believe. Like already stated, it's a party game featuring Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest(Warrior) characters.
You can view videos of it here by going to the menu part that says スペシャル コンテンツ, and then clicking the pink button that says スペシャル ムービー.
Don't count on this ever reaching Stateside. I don't believe this is the first Itadaki Street game(though I don't think the others had both DQ/W and FF characters though. I've only seen the names listed on Gamefaqs), and none of the others have made their way here.
I once ruled Interordi with an iron fist.

Every time I see that box picture, I wonder who had strange dreams about mixing the two big series of RPGs. 
In case you don't know, Dragon Quest / Warrior is really popular in Japan, while Final Fantasy has a larger following in the United States. It makes for a strange mix!

If that game ever did come out to the US, I would spend the money to buy it and a PS2. It looks pretty cool.
