Axle The Red and Izzy Glow, not so they can do battle together, but so they can jam in a rock band.
I would take Dynamo and Flame Stag.
I would combine Sting Chameleon and Magma Dragoon because for some reason when I played those games those were my hardest boss fights. As a joke, Chill Penguin and Wire Sponge because it\'d be really weak.
