I think a good one would be Sora, from Kingdom Hearts. I mean, I know that he isn\'t a Nintendo character, but he would be an awesome addition to the characters.

Sadly, this is even more illogical than characters of other producers and platforms being added in. This is because neither of the two are asscoiated with Nintendo, and furthermore, neither have yet ventured into the world of video gaming.

Remember that SMB is only for nintendo characters. I think that the event 51 coul be the real challenge like you against Giga-Bowser, Kraid, and Ganon (The pig shaped monster who is the final boss in A link to the past):eek::eek::eek:

Okay.... speaking of whether or not Megaman is Nintendo material, sense when was Pokemon? I mean, yeah, they\'re the only system that made it, but it never became that big. Same with Metroid, though now it\'s is REALLY beginning to KICK SERIOUS ASS. (Anyone besides me own MP_2? :D) Anyway, I think Sonic should go in, !BUT ONLY IF TAILS GOES WITH HIM!

Actually, Pokemon was really big... which is an understatement, we\'re probably more along the lines of HUGE... in America at least for a period of time. It couldn\'t have lasted longer than a year, but every kid in South Carolina at least had the cards and some people *gasp* watched the anime!
I think the games are pretty much always near the tops of some lists when they\'re realeased, too. So while they aren\'t big like Mario, they have at least the same fan-claims as Star Fox in popularity.

That is true... however, why then didn\'t Ballon Fighter make it into the game as a character? He was Nintendo, so you can\'t deny that SOME popularity was included as a factor.
