You get a cute little puppy to play with?! How can playing with a puppy not sound fun?

You must be crazy not to like puppies

But the point is you play with the puppy in the video game,how would that sound like fun.

Playing with a puppy is fun!
I mean, it is with real ones. Me Grandma had one, it\'s now bigger, a White West Highland Terrier. She\'s named Becky, and becomes really happy when she sees me, though I don\'t play a lot with her (she\'s now not so little anymore, though still 4) but I take her through the park at the occasion.
But if you\'re alot bigger, it\'s a little... less and maybe also a little \'harder\' to play with real puppies.
It\'s also not really fun to play with AI ones. I mean, \'Nintendogs\', wow... It\'s like that \'Petz\' for PC...

Anyway, I stick to my: \'Nintendogs is like an overpowered Tamagochi.\'

i don\'t know if i\'m going to buy it

it\'s not released here in Europe (Yet)

but it sure looks fun and i think i\'m gonna buy it once it\'s released here

actually it\'s just an oversized Tamagotchi or something like that but then 3d and much cooler because you can do MUCH more then with a standard Tamagotchi

oh btw morphman there are 18 races. they are divided into 3 different games with each 6 dogs

oh and we also have a Westy (short name for a West Highland White Terrier)and also a Cairn Terrier. too bad both of these races can\'t be found in the games

Yeah. People should play with real puppies. It\'s because of games (also like this one) that less people take a pet, since they think of this as more fun and less... \'moving\'. The American way of life, eh?

Yeah, too bad. I love those kinds, easy to take care of. If I ever take a dog, I don\'t take a Nintendog, or a big one like a German Sheperd. but a Westy!

i got Nintendogs a couple of days ago, and I love it! I have three dogs, a shiba inu, named Sheba, a lab named Dash, and a corgi named Cassidy. It really helped since my real dog died a few months ago. i highly reccomend this game to anyone who likes cute little puppies. I have to go play it now.

Hm...does this game feature any \"Chase the mailman\" or \"Maul the nazi\" minigames?

One: shiba and Sheba are pronounced differently. Two:My dog already creamed the championships. Good luck to you, though. Try having your dog run on walks more. It builds speed and confidence.:)

\"The American way of life\"? What\'s that insinuating? You must know that alot of kids don\'t get real dogs, for many reasons. I never had a dog in my young years because I lived in apartments. I think this game is great, kids who don\'t get to have pets for whatever reason can maybe get some responsibility playing with a digital one.

It\'s a very interesting concept, but I know I won\'t be buying the game. My Neopets are enough to take care of, haha. And if I get a DS for anything, it\'ll be Ace Attorney.

Too late dude i tried it\'s ok. It kept me buisse for awhile it\'s like harvest moon it seems stoopid for awhile but when you try it it\'s addictive. I give it a 7.0 really.

i really dont think so. as i said before if people want to buy a gog they should do it not buy a dog simulator. i would give it a 3.5

ForteXX, shut up. If he wants to play the game, let him. Just because you think OMG biy a reel dawg is a better choice, doesn\'t mean you need to make it your duty to prevent people from playing this omg stoopid dawg simulater.

Though I think people should get a real dog other than... this, I agree with HT. Some people just like it, don\'t have the money or space for a dog, or it might be against their religion because they think dogs are \'impure\'.
Anyone who wants this game, go out there and buy it, I won\'t stop you.
