I can see it now...
Bandit Buddha: THIS IS A STICK UP!!! EVERYONE GIMME YOUR CHI!!!
Back from another thousand-year hibernation.
*Pffffth* That has got to be.....the greatest de-famement of a Religious character I have ever seen...
*Buddah driving a stolen Ferrari*
Buddah: Materialistic things should not be valued...
*Gets stopped by Cop and is handcuffed*
Buddah: Let go of me you *beep*! I know where your subconsious lives!
I dunno. I think the funniest religious parody is still one of Family\'s Guy\'s episodes.
But this ranks right up there with them. I\'ll give it a 10 just for the amusing pictures it gives.
...Well, Buddha\'s followers had to get all that gold for the statues somewhere right?... Give me all you chi. You crack me up.
But yeah, it looks good. Is it another T-shirt design? Cause it would be pretty great on a shirt.

Burito, dude! you\'re an excellent shirt artist. The things you come up with are generic, but could catch on and make a trend.

YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY TO NIRVANA! YOU HAVE HAVE NO CHANCE TO REINCARNATE MAKE YOUR TIME.
Yeah. I went there.
Chi?
Wouldn\'t it be Karma?
Maybe not, I don\'t know.
I knew what Karma was.
Sadly, I thought Chi was like DBZ shit.

Interesting thing about Buddha is that he was a skinny guy (of course because of his diet and constant meditating). So why are there so many images of him as a fat, rolly-polly? My guess is that when Buddhism was being spread around the world, people learned that meditating creates a small bulge where the stomach is (caused by the breathing techniques used). Now, I\'m guessing people thought if the Buddha was the “Enlightened One” through meditating, he must have a really big stomach. The image must have stuck in people\'s minds and so common place now days. But... you can still find artwork and statues him skinny if you search for it.
Sorry... I just had to say that. ^^;;
Nice. That\'s all there is to say. XD

Mehehe. Breakman\'s in Smart-Alec Mode. Still, that\'s interesting. You know, really, all portraits and representations of famous figures tend to differentiate depending on where you are. I mean, I believe that there were bagillions of Greek and Romon statues made to honor the peoples\' emporers, and not just in Greece and Roman. Therefore, many people worked off of only an artistic description of the emporer. Also, some artist\'s representations are skewed. For instance, Anne of Cloves was actually very unattractive. However, the artist painted her attractively in order to please King Henry the Eighth (is all that right?).

You know Break, you make me wonder, WAS JESUS A FAT-@$$?
I mean, Buddha was skinny, yet we think of him as fat, Jesus, most statues show him skinny, but was he actually? Well, he was poor and stuff, and was also kinda on a diet and meditating... but otherwise, was he fat? Was he ever fat?
Doubt it. He was a carpenter. That was one of the most physicall engaging jobs of the time.
Anyway, considering that Buddha is actually meant to refer to anyone that has achieved enlightenment, could it be that the two types statues represent two different people entirely?
