Well for starters I dunno if this is the right forum, so move if it isn\'t. Now on to the point, they cost the same but wich one is more worthwile to get?

I\'ve never seen an XBox 360 in action, but I can say I\'ve seen the DS and I found it slightly disappointing. I mean, it was fine, but the jump that was GB Color -> GB Advance just wasn\'t there.

I\'d rather get the XBOX360.I have a DS(I regret it)and it stinks with a capital suck!It messes up in about an hour,all the games are retarded.I wish the Nintendo would just say \"I am Sofa King We Todd Did\" for making a touch screen in the first place!Even the LameBoy Advanced and LameBoy are better than a DS.DS make poo look great.It\'s like putting a Shi-tzu and a Bulldog together making a Bullshit,which is BETTER than A *beep*.

Something like half the games coming out on the XBox 360 are also avialable on the plain old XBox. So why bother getting it?

And what the heck are you talking about the DS not working? I have never even heard a report of DS hardware failure. Ever. PSP breaks, XBox 360 doesn\'t work at all for some 33% of the people who bought one, but I\'ve never heard anybody complain that their DS didn\'t play games. Seriosuly, you\'re just making stuff up.:lol:

Nobody get the DS, I heard it\'s not worth it to get. Personally, I don\'t care anyways, I\'m not getting either Xbox nor DS, I have a PS2 so I\'m happy, then again I\'m getting the Gameboy Advance SP for x-mas so I\'m still happy.

I personally think that it\'s not really a fair choice, it\'s two different venues of gaming. One is home-console, other is handheld. They have different standards and can\'t really be fairly compared.

And DS is quite worth it, I assure you. For a handheld, it is very admirable. Lots of excellent games to choose from and an online service. Plus, it\'s region-free. (Which means everybody gets to play Jump Superstars! HAPPIES!)

But, 360 is, in fact, quite lame indeed. Just a shiny white Xbox with new graphics and $60 games that you\'ve played before. Fun!

I\'d rather get DS (which I already have). To me Xbox is overpriced and most of the games are either M rated or sports. I hate those kinda games. . .so. . . yeah.

I\'m gonna get a DS. Period. Xbox, if we are talking 360, is, in one word: OVERRATED. Even while people say it sucks, that\'s a word that does not come quite close according to my opinion.
Sure, it has a few nice feats, but that\'s it. DS is, compared to Xbox, a far better improvement. Plus it has games I want, and the 360 does not. Like sports games, or M rated ones, as was said.

And Jaden, you\'re friend aint allknowing, just do what you think you have to do. You might even be one of those people to start a cult on how great a DS actually is. >_>

You know, this is why I didn\'t like Xbox for the longest time; the ignorant flames on other systems by the Xbox fans. Well, now it seems that people are flaming the Xbox right back. Quit with the system flaming; they\'re both fine. I don\'t like Xbox very much, but that\'s a personal opinion because I\'m not into the games. Halo is fun, but I don\'t really want to get a new system for the sake of one or two games, and I\'m not typically into shooters (aside from Halo) or sports games. I happen to prefer the DS, which, by the way, you shouldn\'t judge because \"I played it once and I didn\'t like it.\" It\'s like any other system; there\'ll be games you like and games you don\'t. It\'s as simple as that. My latest kick on it is the newest Castlevania, and I\'ve always been a fan of Nintendo products, too. I have not found the DS to be buggy or lacking in anything. The touchscreen system is fun and useful and used well in many of the games.

I can\'t sit here and say that Xbox sucks; it obviously doesn\'t, since there are a whole ton of people who play it daily and like it. Who am I to say they have poor taste? It goes the same for the DS. Just because you don\'t like it doesn\'t mean that it\'s a bad system; it just doesn\'t interest you. Opinions on why you like one better than the other are one thing, but the system flames need to cool off.

But that\'s just the Gameboy Advance SP in a different form. I mean, it\'s not something entirely new, like what the DS was for the GBA. I don\'t think that Nintendo will ruin the DS by releasing a new handheld before two or three years. On the other hand, now that the 360 is out, the X Box doesn\'t have much life in it left.

I\'d opt for the DS. The only thing that the Xbox has pluses for is Halo and The House of the Dead 3, and you can get those both for the computer.

Not to mention DS games have a lot of replay value. I\'ve played Warioware: Touched! a hell of a lot of times. Not to mention Feel the Magic and Sprung!

...Yeah, I said Sprung. Got a problem with it?

The micro is nothing like the SP, nothing. I mean the SP has a light and a flip screen, the micro is freakin\' small and so is the screen. I saw it at Wal-Mart when I was shopping with my mom, and let me tell you that was a poor excuse for a GBA. I mean that screen was seriously small.

Nobody get the micro, nor the DS for that matter, I mean come on people, you can get something better than those if you really wanted to.

Yeah! You could get a PSP, get online, and get a virus that\'ll wipe out the system! And watch really really small versions of DVDs you could just watch on a real tv! And put out a classmates eye with its disc launching capabilities (they should have marketed this..)!

Er...the micro has a light screen(IIRC, that is), it IS light and plays GBA/GBC/GB games just like a GBA SP could...and it doesn\'t do more except being easier to fit in your pocket.

And the definition of \"better\" depends on one\'s opinion. YOU might not like the DS, that doesn\'t mean that everyone has to boycott it.
