I want to ask a friend out to tell her my true feelings, since valentine`s day is coming I was thinking on confesing my feelings towards her in that day. How should I tell her? If she accepts: Where should we go for a first date?

The actions you took are probably the best you could have taken though. Girls aren\'t worth doing anything that you feel would be damaging to your character.

Though, it\'s easy for me to say this now. I would have done the complete opposite when I was 14.



You seem to be awfully forceful in the manner you share your opinion with us.

Testosterone does not drive people to go berserk and attack people like savage animals. It can make someone more aggressive, but not such as you described it would do. I wouldn\'t really suggest upping your testosterone if you felt you had too much, because well, it\'s possible your body could up your estrogen to try and even things out, and well.....

Bodybuilders often use testosterone to help them build big muscles, as it\'s required in muscle growth. If you feel like you have alot of testosterone and don\'t already, I\'d suggest trying to lift weights. It\'s a good way to put the hormone to use.

Also, love does exist, even if you haven\'t felt it yourself. I\'m not going to try and convince you by some mushy remark or by talking about my experiences with said subject; that\'s not my style. In the very least, love\'s a chemical in your brain that is released. If you cannot feel any love, perhaps you have a chemical inbalance; which really is alright, I wouldn\'t suggest trying to get help with that unless you yourself felt you needed it. I don\'t imagine you feel like that right now though.

What\'s required in life really could be debated. Sure, I mean, a person could live in solitude and never try to love anyone, but that doesn\'t mean that they should want to.

EDIT: In all seriousness...I\'ve found the classic \"Boy meets girl, boy and girl become best friends, boy falls in love with girl\" situation pretty perplexing because I\'ve been in it a few times myself.

The reason girls like dicks is because they\'re attracted to power and confidence. If you go around to every girl saying \"I\'m lonely no one likes me I like you date me\" she will eventually get quite annoyed by you.

OK, OK, people, listen up, what you advise could make or break me right now, so keep your mind set on helping me and not on that godaddy.com commercial with the blonde and her dress nearly falling off. *ahem*

I HAD a girl-friend 6 months ago, she had to move to Ocala and soon broke off the relationship to pursue people within her "area". Lets just say I wouldn't get out of the dryer for a month, but that's aside the point. This is one of those we've-been-good-friends-for-years-and-I-just-realized-I-had-feelings-for-her-and-I-have-no -idea-if-she-feels-the-same-way-and-I'm-dying-if-I-don't-do-something-to-advance-things case. Any advice? My current standings are pretty good, I make her laugh a lot and I've been told by some of my best friends that I'm very charismatic, we both have a lot in common and the same type of sadistic humor. There was another "competitor" that went on the blunt approach and told her he loved her and got rejected, he's obssessed with her now, which is making me look good, as we both talk on the phone about him (I.E. "He's obssessed with me! He tries to be RANDOM AND FUNNY LIKE YOU.) So, yeah, I don't know how the hell to approach this, do I try my luck and just go out and say it? Use some under-handed tactic to find out if she likes me? Go inconspicously? WHAT? I NEED HELP NOW! I'm.......burning here.

Alright ,Smirn, it looks to me like you have the same situation I used to have, right down to the sadistic humor. If she seems to be like you try a bit of a slower approach; since she seems to think this other guy is a joke you don't have to be in a total rush, but speed things up a little. Also, try not to get into humor that you don't know her opinion on, if you telll a bad joke, it's obvious you're screwed. Play it safe for about 2 days, then just increase it daily, eventually you can get to a level to ask her out, if she starts to get intersted in this other guy you'll need to speed it up, bu tI wouldn't rush it yet.

Also, I'm in a bit of a spot myself, specifically I had an AWFUL a few days ago and my girlfriend won't really talk to me, I need to at least get her to listen; you see, we go to the movies, we sit in a middle row, some college kid behind me starts flicking popcorn at her, I get pissed and whack the guy in the gut, his buddies beat the hell out of me, My girlfriend hates when i'm violent, Simple enough.
